Robyn Rihanna Fenty is a global pop star, businesswoman, philanthropist, and also a fashion designer. Her successful career started with hit single Umbrella and followed by an array of popular songs, including Take a Bow and Diamonds. In addition to singing, Fenty launched her beauty line “Fenty Beauty” which received positive reviews worldwide.

Born in St. Michael’s Parish, Barbados, on February 20, 1988 as the eldest child, Rihanna grew up listening to reggae, American hip-hop and R&B music. During the school years, she had been actively singing and winning talent show. In 2004, alongside her friends, Rihanna formed a girl group which later captivated a producer Evan Rogers.
